High fever for 4 days

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am suffering in high fever 104F, since 4 days. First 2 days I took P-650, but temperature did not change single degree. Then last 2 days I took Azithromycin 500, 1/1day for 3 days and Aceclofenac+paracetamol(100mg+325mg)×3/day, which cool down temperature to 98F for 5 hours, then again temperature rises to 103F. Now it is not tolerable high fever with forehead pain for so many days(I suffered 7 times in typhoid¶typhi earlier). Please advice me to overcome the problem..

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 15 days.
