Heal pain in both leg
Hello doctor,
My wife having heal pain from several days. After blood test doctor told us she have iron and blood low. She given some protein, multivitamin tablet for iron deficiency.
When she get up from chair she can't able to walk with full foot. Her heal pains after few steps she will fine.
Please suggest some tablet or treatment.

Wear soft slipper even at home that would reduce pain.
Hot fomentation will help.
If she is overweight, weight reduction should be done.
If her pain is neurological, multivitamin (vit B) will be sufficient.

It’s not neuropathic pain. Most likely it’s tendoachiles tendinitis. It will be cured with some analgesics or sometimes with local steroid injections
