The granulation tissue, healing wound, looks healthy enough and is going on fine. Please continue same dressing. Avoid dressing be contaminated in any way.
Take tab limcee 500mg one morning and one evening, before meals, for 2 weeks, to hasten healing slightly.

From the image, it looks more like healthy granulation or a healing tissue rather than slough, which is a good sign. But since this is a large degloving wound, healing can be slow and needs close monitoring for infection and proper dressing choice. To speed up healing, nutrition, dressing type, and wound assessment are very important. I’d strongly suggest a quick consultation so we can guide you properly based on wound stage.

"A degloving injury of 20 cm is a significant trauma where the skin and subcutaneous tissue are torn away from the underlying fascia and muscle. The slow regeneration you are experiencing is expected because the primary blood supply to that patch of skin was disrupted during the injury. Healing in such large areas requires a combination of meticulous wound care, high-protein nutrition, and ensuring the wound bed remains free of 'Slough' (dead tissue
Next Steps
High-Protein Diet: Your body cannot build new skin without extra protein. Increase your intake of eggs, pulses, paneer, and lean meats. Consider a protein supplement if your daily intake is low.
Collagen & Vitamin C: Since you are using collagenase ointment, supplementing with Vitamin C and Zinc orally can help your body synthesize new collagen faster.
Wound Dressing: Continue using the collagenase ointment as prescribed, as it helps 'debride' (clean) the wound. Ensure the dressing is done under strict sterile conditions to avoid secondary infections.
VAC Therapy (Optional): For very large injuries, doctors sometimes recommend Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (VAC), which uses a vacuum to pull out fluid and increase blood flow to the area, speeding up healing significantly.
Plastic Surgery Consultation: If the center of the wound isn't closing after several weeks, a 'Skin Graft' might be needed to cover the area.
