Headache fever body pain

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have had this tremendous pain in my head and fever to go by it since thursday .The fever seems to intensify and subside quite rapidly . Also have had a nagging pain in my calf muscles since thursday which doesnt seem to subiside . I dont have any joint pains , rashes or bleedings as such .However to be on the safer side i underwent a dengue test whose result is awaited . Kindly help
