Having fissure from past two months
I am having fissure from past 2 months. I am taking medicine and applying ano metrogyl cream as prescribed by doctor. Fissure has occured in 6 O clock position.. My question is how much time it will take for fissure to heal ? Do I need to go for surgery?

So follow the instructions given by other drs same .

1). Diltigesic ointment- twice a day around anus
2). Lidocaine gel- to be applied around anus before going to pass stool
3). Syrup Looz-10ml twice a day- if you have constipation
4). Sitz bath with salt 4 times a day
5). Plenty of fluid and fibre
