Hello. I've reviewed your blood reports and your symptoms. There are a few important things we need to address to get you feeling better. 1. Understanding Your Blood Reports Diabetes: Your HbA1c is 7.2%, which confirms a diagnosis of diabetes. An HbA1c above 6.5% means your blood sugar has been consistently high over the last few months. This needs active management through diet and likely medication. Thyroid: Your Anti-Tg and TPO antibodies are very high. This tells us you have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, an autoimmune condition where your body attacks your thyroid. However, antibodies only show the cause; I still need to see your TSH and Free T4 levels to know if your thyroid is actually underworking (hypothyroidism) right now. 2. The Persistent Cough & Wheezing A cough lasting more than two weeks with "wheezing" is something we shouldn't ignore. In your case, it could be caused by a few things: Acid Reflux (LPR): Sometimes, stomach acid can travel up to the throat (silent reflux) and cause irritation, a dry cough, and even a wheezing sensation. Since you mentioned a "stomach problem," this is a strong possibility. Thyroid Pressure: If your thyroid is swollen due to the high antibodies, it can sometimes press against your windpipe, causing that throat irritation. Airway Sensitivity: We need to rule out adult-onset asthma or a lingering bronchial irritation. My Recommendations for You: Check TSH & Free T4: If you haven't had these tests done yet, please do so immediately. The antibodies tell us "why," but the TSH tells us "how much" medicine you might need. Physical Examination: You should see a doctor in person so they can listen to your lungs with a stethoscope to confirm if that "wheezing" is coming from your chest or just your throat. Endocrinology Consultation: You need a specialist to help bring that 7.2% HbA1c down and manage the Hashimoto’s. Reflux Precautions: Until you see a doctor, try eating smaller meals and don't lie down for at least 2–3 hours after eating. This will help if the cough is caused by acid reflux. A quick question for you: Is the cough worse at night or after you eat? Also, have you noticed any swelling or a "full" feeling in the front of your neck?

You have high Hba1c, cut down sugar, oily food, do regular physical exercise,  repeat Hba1c after 12 weeks. For high TPO, please consult an endocrinologist. For cough and throat irritation,  get cbc done and share result. Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab mondeslor one daily for 5 days. Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 2 days. Syp Tusq dx 5m.l. every 8hours for 5 days. Do gargles with hot water and povidone solution.
