Feverish and body pain since two days

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have been feeling feverish (no rise in body temp) and weakness (body pain) since two days, although I did my regular job, had regular home food, basically nothing different from what I do daily. No other signs that can probably make me feel so. To overcome body pain I took two crocin body pain relief tablets and half saradon over the course of these two days.
