Reduced sleep may cause increase in pro inflammatory markers that will lead to stimulation of pain receptors in brain which causes the body ache. Also reduction in sleep causes increased release of cortisol which causes increased muscle catabolism and inflammation. Additionally reduction in sleep causes reduction in levels of growth hormone which is responsible for muscle repair and tissue degeneration. Also rule out other causes of myalgia like hypothyroidism, anaemia , electrolyte imbalance ( sodium, potassium, calcium , magnesium ), Vitamin d , Inflammatory markers like CBC, CRP
