As per you history and the symptoms you are describing are very commonly seen with a viral upper respiratory infection. After a short episode of fever, it is quite typical to have cold, blocked nose, post-nasal drip (mucus stuck between the nose and throat), body ache, and back pain for several days.
Yes, back pain and body pain are related to the cold, as viral infections cause inflammation of muscles and joints, leading to generalized aches, including in the back.
Next Steps
For relief, steam inhalation 1–2 times daily helps loosen mucus and reduce nasal blockage. Drinking plenty of warm fluids, gargling with warm salt water, and keeping yourself well hydrated are very effective. Avoid cold drinks and exposure to cold air. Paracetamol can be taken for body and back pain. Using a saline nasal spray or rinse can also help clear nasal passages. Adequate rest is important for recovery.
Health Tips
These symptoms usually improve within 5–7 days. If you develop high fever again, severe sinus pain, breathlessness, chest pain, or symptoms persist beyond a week, a medical review will help us guide you in a better way. Otherwise, this appears to be a common viral illness and should settle with supportive care.
Good luck! And do contact in case of any doubt.

Drink plenty of warm fluids, do steam inhalation, and use saline nasal spray or rinses to thin and clear mucus. For pain and fever, paracetamol as per package or doctor’s instructions is usually safe; rest, gentle stretching, and warm compress on the back can ease muscle pain.
