  4. Fever with a bad cold. Waht do i do!

Fever with a bad cold
I've had cold 6 days back with fever of 100 to 101 and body pain. 4 days back i had cough and low grade fever of 99. And till now the fever has not hit baseline of 98.6 which is my usual normal body temp. For 6 days I've been having 99 fever. I took paracetamol for 1st 3 days. Waht do i do
