Fever from 2 days and body pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My husband (30yr) is having fever and body pain from Wednesday afternoon. He is taking paracetamol 3 times a day. Whenever he takes medicine he feels better. Today whole day fever and body pain was not there so he did not took any medicine. From evening he is again having high fever and severe body pain (specially back pain eye pain and headache) . Should we go for blood test? What medicine should he take? (No cold cough or vomiting)

For now continue paracetamol. Add oral hydration as much as possible. Symptoms you described corroborate to viral fever. But there might be other causes. Your geographic location is endemic for chikunguniya. Watch for rash.

urgent consultation to a physician. do blood test (complete blood count, urea, creatininie, LFT, CRP, Chikunguniya IgM ELISA if fever os more than 3 days, Dengue NS1, Malaria dual antigen)
