Fever for 7 years old
My daughter is having fever of 100.5 to 101, and cold. She ate cake and chocolates for her birthday. could you please suggest a syrup to start with some medicine. Then will go for lab tests if required.

She can take sup grynllinctus 1 tsf at bed time for symptomatic relief
But I suggest u get her CBC done n share the reports so that we can decide her further what needs to be done
Dnt worry it's common these days
Cakes n chololatesa dnt cauaw fever there is definitely some underlying infection
She needs blood tests also

Cake and Chocolates have nothing to do with fever. You didn't mention for how many days she is having fever. In children clinical examination is very important . If Fever has persisted for 2 days then CBC should also be done.
