I have a fever in one week sir. cough with phlegm, body pains, weeakness is heavy. my tongue was very much reddished dots. i couldn't eat because my tongue is burning. i used rabiflovin, & azax 500 mg in 3 days i use it. my smell is also little down. and fever coming time dolo is working. pls help me & suggest me what can i do and what food i take and what medicine i will take pls help me sir. my tongue burning is very high, i have checked my temperature 98 to 102.my oxy metre result is this week 98 to 99.pls help me sir
