Fever, back pain , sore throat

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had sore throat 3 days back, then my body temperature started increasing and I had fever and headache next day. Then I took Dolo 650 and fever reduced but by the yesterday evening it again increased and headache also with weakness in full body.Yesterday night I took an azithromycin and slept. From today morning i have backache and pain above eyes
