Fever and body pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hi, I am suffering from fever and body pain (mostly headache and little in lower back maybe due to weakness) from past 2 days. I have been taking dolo 650mg based on doctor's advise but when I take dolo, fever and pain goes for few hours but again comes back when the time is matching for next dose. Please advise if there is need of changing or improving the dose or medicine.

Wait for 2 more days. If fever appears again, get some blood test like haemogram, dengue ns1 Ag and see a doctor with the results
