Feeling Weakness n fatigue

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Feeling weak from last 10 days, legs pain, both arms pain specially left hand and leg is more paining, heavy chest, shortness of breath, feeling vomiting n continuous back pain and sometimes feeling like chest is alsi paining... I have my ecg report n it was normal..
