Please get a complete physical examination done by a General Physician. A few investigations will have to be done. You didn't mention how much time you spend on the Laptop or mobile screen.           Depending on the abnormalities found he will refer you to a Neurologist or a General Surgeon.

Likely cervical spondylosis + muscle strain. Do neck exercises, avoid long screen time, use proper pillow. If numbness/weakness increases → need MRI. You can consult me for proper treatment.

You are a diagnosed case of vertigo and on medication too. Is natural to have pain in shoulders, neck and head due to this. You need to s strengthen your muscles of the shoulders and neck for its permanent solution. Check on your posture too. Best would be to visit a if p physiotherapist who can assess your posture and suggest you ways to correct it or even use Kinesio tapping to correct it. The other concern of pain it legs while passing motion could be due to constipation if you have that. Get your S. calcium/ S. Alkaline phosphate/ VIT D tests done. Review here with reports.
Next Steps
As suggested above

Your symptoms of heaviness in the eyes/head, numbness in the arms, and weakness in the legs suggest that your Cervical Spondylosis might be causing nerve compression (Radiculopathy). However, the generalized weakness and dizzy spells also point towards potential nutritional deficiencies, specifically Vitamin B12 or D3, or even fluctuating blood pressure. We need to evaluate your neurological reflexes and physical posture to determine if the leg weakness is linked to the spine or a metabolic cause. A detailed history of your daily routine and stress levels is essential for a complete diagnosis
Next Steps
Maintain an ergonomic posture while working—keep your screen at eye level and use a firm pillow. Try neck isometric exercises but only under supervision. To rule out deficiencies, I recommend a basic Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D profile. For a structured management plan for your spondylosis and weakness, feel free to connect with me for a detailed consultation."
Health Tips
Do not ignore the numbness or weakness in your limbs, as prolonged nerve compression can lead to permanent damage. Avoid any sudden jerky movements of the neck or lifting heavy weights until we confirm the severity of the spondylosis. If you experience any sudden loss of balance or severe blurring of vision, seek immediate medical attention."

In case of cervical spondylosis you can have these symptoms if any nerve is getting compressed. You can book a consultation with a neurologist fir the same.
