Normal ECG, ECHO, TMT is very reassuring. Most likely muscle pain / costochondritis. Advice: Tab Paracetamol 650mg 1-0-1 SOS for pain Warm compress Avoid strain Check breast only if you feel a lump. If lump is there consult a general surgeon for further evaluation and treatment. Consult me on Practo if pain persists.

Palpate for any lump. If you feel any lump then go for sono-mammograpgy. Can consult general surgeon if lump is there. If there is no lump then there is possibility of costochondritis or muscular pain. Simple analgesic (oral and local application) may help. Can consult for further details.

Please consult a General Surgeon or a Gynaecologist for a physical examination of the breast. It may be followed by mammography. Breast symptoms may be due to a disease of the breast too.
