Your symptoms: • Heavy head • Headache worsens when moving eyes • Lethargy • Drained energy This pattern most commonly suggests one of the following:
Next Steps
✔ Monitor for 48–72 hours Check: • Fever • Nasal symptoms • Body ache progression ✔ Supportive care: • Paracetamol for headache • Steam inhalation if sinus pressure • Hydration 2.5–3 liters/day • Adequate sleep ✔ Check BP once Just to rule out elevated pressure. If symptoms persist beyond 4–5 days without improvement, basic tests may be needed: • CBC • CRP • Blood sugar
Health Tips
✔ Reduce screen time temporarily ✔ Rest your eyes every 30 minutes ✔ Gentle neck stretches ✔ Avoid dehydration ✔ Do not take multiple painkillers unnecessarily If this is viral, it should improve in a few days. If heaviness increases or you develop neurological symptoms, do not delay evaluation. If you’d like, share: • Duration of symptoms • Any fever • Nasal congestion • BP reading Or book an online consultation so we can assess whether this is simple viral fatigue or something that needs further workup.
