Headache with head movement
I’ve been having a headache since this morning — it’s a throbbing pain. Whenever I change my position or bend, there’s a pulsating kind of pain. Even when I got a head massage today, it hurt whenever my mother touched my head. When I press around my eyes, it hurts there too. I even took Combiflam, but it didn’t help. My blood pressure is also normal. Please help.

Avoid strong light/have some caffine/ get checked for myopia /astigmatism./ limit screen on time and relax/deep breathing
For pain you can take migrabeta plus(flunarizine+propanolol) stat

Take tab tramadol p one every 8 hours for 2 to 3 days.
Tab Beplex forte one daily for 15 days.
Drink more water.
If headache persists, go for c.t. scan brain to exclude any underlying pathology.

Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 3 days.
Put cucumber CT pices on ebe avoid sunlight. Keep hydrated.
