Fear of something
Hello doctor i am not able to sort out why I am always in anxiety and panic sometimes this anxiety shots up like hell my hands and legs starting shaking and I starts to sweating.. My thought process are now so negative that I am finding everything negative. Even Drinking water is so difficult for me. Whenever I go to studies all of my past incidents come my mind strongly.. Even I had attempted suicide 3 times in past months due to this OCD and Anxiety .. I really don't know what to do I am seeing no option rather than to end my life because every day things are getting more n more difficult for me...

Do sports (at home, if you feel more confortable) but 3x 30min/week. Eat more greens, oilseeds, fresh fruits and food rich in magnesium such as: raw spinach, fish, beans, lentils, avocados, brown rice, bananas, figs and chocolate.
