If for example, public speaking is causing anxiety, then practising with minimal people and preparing the notes and keeping it ready and keep practicing several times till you are confident can reduce anxiety. Also we are all imperfect humans , so in case you make mistakes or again anxiety hits you, don't lose hope as it is a behaviour that was developed and the pattern can be disrupted. Similarly practice the anxiety facing situation minimally then move onto the larger stimulus that causes anxiety gradually. Once anxiety is under control the sweating symptom will also stop gradually.
