Your ECG shows a Normal Sinus Rhythm and is reported as Normal — there are no signs of any cardiac event or arrhythmia. This is very reassuring. Combined with your normal BP and SpO2, the burning chest pain, bloating, and shortness of breath you are experiencing is most consistent with GERD (acid reflux), which can mimic cardiac symptoms closely. The Sompraz-L your doctor prescribed is the right approach for this.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation if symptoms do not improve in 2–3 days or if the shortness of breath worsens significantly.

you are experiencing burning GERD-like pain accompanied by shortness of breath since last night. Even though your vital signs (BP and SpO_2) are completely normal and a doctor has initiated Sompraz L (Esomeprazole + Levosulpiride), the presentation of new-onset shortness of breath alongside chest discomfort requires a careful look.
Health Tips
To clinically review a clear high-resolution image of your attached EKG strip, evaluate your response to the current Sompraz L therapy, and rule out any cardiac-gastric mimicry, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
