Ecg is o.k At such a young age you have developed high b.p. Get thyroid function tests,  kidney function tests done and share results.  Take salt restricted,  sugar restricted,  fat free diet, avoid stress.

The ECG shared does not show any obvious acute abnormality. As your echo and TMT were normal previously, this is reassuring. However, persistent arm heaviness/discomfort should still be evaluated clinically. Kindly monitor BP and avoid stress/exertion until reviewed.
