Your symptoms are very peculiar and raise a suspicion of something called ‘Steal Phenomenon’. Do the following, 1. Get blood pressure checked in right arm and left arm. 2. If there is difference in the blood pressure readings (of significant values), have a CT aortogram done. All the best. J G S R clinic

Based on the information provided, a cardiac cause is less likely because the TMT and echocardiogram are normal, and the ECG shows only non-specific ST changes, which are common and often not dangerous—especially in a 30-year-old.Overall, the symptoms appear more consistent with a musculoskeletal or nerve-related issue rather than a heart problem.
Next Steps
Consult an orthopedic doctor or neurologist for evaluation of the cervical spine. Consider X-ray or MRI of the cervical spine if symptoms persist. Get blood tests for Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, hemoglobin, and thyroid function.
