Your EKG is within the normal limit. Your symptoms indicate either overeating, frequent eating, eating fast food, limited mobility or lying down after having food. All these cause heaviness in the upper belly and the chest too eventually leading to reflux and indigestion. If this is the case, do make lifestyle changes so that you eat right, eat adequate, digest well and prevent yourself from long term lifestyle diseases.

While your EKG appears normal and your symptoms of chest pressure improve with belly breathing, it suggests a strong link to either gastric distress (GERD) or anxiety-related hyperventilation. However, chest pressure and fatigue in a 27-year-old should not be dismissed purely as gastric. Dizziness can be secondary to the breathing pattern or related to the underlying cause of fatigue. A baseline normal EKG is reassuring, but it doesn't always rule out intermittent cardiac or pulmonary issues if the symptoms persist."
Next Steps
If you ever experience sudden, sharp chest pain that radiates to your left arm or jaw, accompanied by profuse sweating, do not wait to review an EKG online. Seek emergency medical care immediately. Gastritis and cardiac pain can sometimes mimic each other, so a clinical correlation by a physical examination is vital for a final diagnosis."

Your ECG appears normal. Since your symptoms improve with deep breathing, they are more likely related to stress or anxiety or other functional causes rather than a heart issue. If symptoms persist, basic tests like B12, thyroid, and hemoglobin can help identify other causes of fatigue. No immediate concern, but do follow up if symptoms increase.
