Ecg looks normal But If the pain persists and if there are added symptoms like shortness of breath on exertion,  increase in chest pain on exertion Is the pain on which side of chest , diffuse or pointed It's better to get a 2D ECHO done to rule out any anomaly
Next Steps
Try to take tab pantop twice daily for 10 days followed by once daily for 20 days it may decrease if the cause is due to dyspepsia
