Diziness, mild headache on right side.

I have continuous mild headache in the upper right side of head and mild constant dizziness since last one and half month. I have been diagnosed with cataract in my right eye (directly in front of the lens) and due to which I have hazy, whitish and blurry vision at the centre. I am preparing for civil services mains currently and I read majority of my books from laptop. So can vision be the reason of dizziness and headache? Or can it be due to anxiety because i also have heartburn at times after eating and heavy and tighness in throat which i guess is generally due to anxiety. Also I get panic attacks because i read somewhere on internet it cam be blood or braim cancer so it's always in my head and I am always bit worried about that article also. What could be the possible reason, it would be very kind of you if you could please help me out.
