Dizziness at lying position
When I get up in the morning I feel very dizzy. It increases when I lie down in sitting or standing position feel less dizy.

Hiii.. Giddiness may due to many reasons lyk hyper or hypotension, diabetes, and can also due to BPPV... Need more history like neck pain/ nausea / vomiting.. Any h/o diabetes/ hypertension..
