Dizziness and vomiting

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My grandmother often says she feels dizzy and vomits at that point of time sleeps for hours. Done all the test including ear test. Doctor says its quite normal for her age. But we find it very unusual. Heart, kidney, sugar, bp every test is done and doctors said her organs are healthy in all the way. We are not being able to find the root cause of this.
