Hello. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. I just want to advice you that, just consult a good Orthopaedician rather live in Pain and uneasiness. May be MRI neck with Whole spine screening is required if trouble is severe. Please don't waste time. You can also consult a good physiotherapist in your area. So do it as soon as possible cause your daily quality life is hampered and condition can be worsened God forbid. Take care and good luck.
