Cold,headache and severe body pain,fever

I am 19 weeks pregnant.LMP was 21.09.2017.i am on regular calcium, iron and multivitamins tablets.today I have cold,fever, headache and body pain.shall I take dolo-650?I already took one tablet in day.how many I can take in a day?it's urgent.

Paracetamol is safe during pregnancy. You may take Dolo 650 up to 3 times in a day. For Cold, take steam inhalation with Karvol respules.
