Hello, Hot saline gargel before meals two times. Tab zerodol sp two times a day for five days.tab TAXIM O 200 two times a day for five days. DUONASE nasal spray two three times a day. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice FREQUENTLY. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Light diet. If required u can consult a general physician MD ok.
