  4. Cold and fever. Crocine or vicks 500?

I am having cold since last 24hrs. I am breastfeeding my 10months old son. I took dono 650 twice as of now but not feeling better. Shall I take normal crocine Or Vicks 500? I m not allergic to anything and went through normal delivery. Please suggest me something which can be helpful. Thanks
