  4. Cold and fever. Pl. suggest medicine. t!

Cold and fever
Had sever cold with chocked throat with mild fever last weekend. Took Azythromycine 6tabs --2per day along with paracetamol. Throat became fine but still having head ache and bit of running nose, and motion is not perfect. Liquid form and feeling all the time going to toilet, also acidity and burning sensation all the time. Pl . suggest medicine. T

Hello. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. Very good evening. You are suffering from antibiotic induced diarrhoea,  because you were treated inappropriately cause the dose of Tab. Azithromycin is 500 mg, one tablet once a day x 3 days & you have taken double dose means 1000mg per day,  that is the reason for diarrhoea. Acidity & burning sensation is suggestive of Acute Gastritis along with common cold untill now. Kindly come to practo chat for your treatment and counseling part. Regards.
