Hi Dr, sometimes I am feeling like chest pain and it will move here and there, sometimes it will stick same place. Can you please suggest accordingly.

There are many reasons for chest pain First of all, heart related Secondly due to reflux esophagitis or heartburn Third, due to costochondritis or rib pain Fourth is plueral pain or respiratory pain Ok Though you are not having aggravation it is not dangerous Your history is also not complete like smoking history, hypertension and diabetes Need a detailed history

The commonest cause of fleeting chest pain is musculoskeletal - that means arising out of the ribs and the muscles in between them. You might have Vitamin D or Calcium deficiency. But we have definitely to exclude other causes like acid reflux, cardiac causes etc.

Varying chest pain may be due to various causes. Sometimes due to heart related, sometimes due to gas, respiratory system related. Needs proper history to know more about that
