There are many reasons for chest pain
First of all, heart related
Secondly due to reflux esophagitis or heartburn
Third, due to costochondritis or rib pain
Fourth is plueral pain or respiratory pain
Ok
Though you are not having aggravation it is not dangerous
Your history is also not complete like smoking history, hypertension and diabetes

The commonest cause of fleeting chest pain is musculoskeletal - that means arising out of the ribs and the muscles in between them. You might have Vitamin D or Calcium deficiency. But we have definitely to exclude other causes like acid reflux, cardiac causes etc.
