Chest and back pain. Be the problem.

I have upper back pain since yesterday. There is a also a bit of pain in the chest, near the left side. It feels like a muscle strain. I checked my left breast for signs of any abnormalities and found nothing. I have PCOD, and was on medication till August. I'm not taking any medication now. I'm also not sexually active. My heartbeat also seems to be normal. The pain in the chest feels dulls and it feels like it's on the bone. The same issue had happened last month just before my periods last month, but it was much worse then. It stopped when my periods started. I'm not sure why the pain has come back. I also have anxiety issues which seems to add on to this. Please advise on what could be the problem.
