From yesterday i am having body pain including slight headache. Here the temperature is really hot and yeaterday i had consumed less fluid consumption.After that this symptoms started. Whether this symptoms are of dehydration or covid ?.

These symptoms are definitely not of the dehydration. Take a paracetamol and go for the Covid test tomorrow. If it comes positive then start the treatment. Remember...Every fever in this Pandemic period is always considered Covid until proven otherwise
