I recently got chest pain and it's mild, but my pain continued to arms and back. So i went to cardiologist ECG and 2D echo tests were done, reports came out that my heart is perfectly alright. I also have gas issues so doctor told me it would be because of gas and gave me some tabs and I'm using it but I'm not feeling any pain in the abdomen or bloating like that but i burp more than average. Sometimes i feel pain at my legs and hands and it fades away and again at chest or back some where or the other but not face and abdomen. I guess this might not be because of only gas. Is it any muscle spasm or nerve? I'm not experiencing any severe pain it's just a mild uncomfortable pain. I've attached my cbc report. What should i do?

It's more of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux ds)
Or musculoskeletal pain
Next Steps
Any neck pain to consider cervical spondylosis. Also need to know sugar levels.
Health Tips
Need GERD medications and lifestyle modifications like
1.Timely food habits
2.Avoid sleeping within 1 hr of having dinner
3.avoid excess tea or coffee and if you are taking have a biscuit or some snacks before those.
4.avoid smoking and alcohol
5.better to sleep with head end reclined little bit upper.
Thank you
symptoms are more likely due to:
1. Musculoskeletal (posture/muscle strain, costochondritis)
2. Gastroesophageal reflux / gas (since burping is present)
Next Steps
⚠️When to seek urgent help 🚨
Severe sudden chest pain
Pain with sweating, breathlessness, giddiness
Pain on exertion (walking, climbing stairs)
If any of these occur → go to ER immediately.
Health Tips
Try stretching daily, avoid long sitting in one position.
Apply hot fomentation on back/chest area if muscle-related.
Avoid carbonated drinks, excess tea/coffee, spicy/fatty food.
Eat small frequent meals, don't lie down immediately after eating.
Your ECG and 2D echo being normal is very reassuring and rules out any major heart problem. Your CBC report is also essentially normal, with no significant abnormalities. The type of pain you describe – shifting between chest, back, arms, and legs, mild in nature, not worsening with exertion, and associated with burping – is much more suggestive of gastric acidity, muscle strain, or even nerve-related pain rather than heart disease.
Next Steps
Continue the medications given by your doctor for gastric issues.
Avoid excess tea, coffee, spicy/oily food, and late-night meals.
Practice regular stretching/physical activity to reduce muscle spasm.
Manage stress and ensure good sleep, since anxiety can also cause such shifting discomfort.
Health Tips
If the pain becomes severe, persistent, or is associated with sweating, breathlessness, or dizziness, seek immediate medical attention. Otherwise, there is no serious concern from your reports at present.

Hello,
Your CBC report is normal, and with a normal ECG and 2D Echo, a cardiac cause for your chest pain is unlikely. The mild, shifting pain you describe â sometimes in the chest, arms, back, and without consistent gastric symptoms â can often be due to musculoskeletal causes such as costochondritis (inflammation of the chest wall cartilage) or muscle spasm. Gastric reflux may also contribute to burping and discomfort.
Management advice:
Continue gastric medicines as prescribed.
For chest wall/cartilage inflammation, simple measures like warm compresses, gentle stretching, and avoiding strenuous chest movements are helpful.
If pain is bothersome, short course of anti-inflammatory medicines (like paracetamol/NSAIDs, if not contraindicated) can be taken after doctorâs advice.
Maintain upright posture, avoid heavy lifting, and practice regular light exercise.
If pain becomes severe, is associated with breathlessness, dizziness, or persistent tightness, please seek urgent medical review.

Your pains could be due to vitamin d deficiency/ muscular pains or could be related to your high haemoglobin levels.
Next Steps
In case you smoke- consider stopping
Increase water intake- if echo was normal
Do a vitamin d test
Consider getting a stress echo to rule out any heart related chest pain.
Health Tips
Don’t do heavy exercises and gym unless you know the definite cause for chest pain
