Body Pain along with fatigue
I wake up with body pain and fatigue everyday. The fatigue seems like chronic fatigue. The pain is mostly around the lower back and the cervical region. Body feels weak and tired all day and I feel no enthusiasm towards anything. Diet: Mainly takeaways and orders otherwise primarily protein based with chicken. Sugar Consumption: I try to keep it low with minimal consumption of sugary foods and trying to keep natural sugars only.

The body pain is mainly because of ur profession where u will sitting all the infront of system, improper posture ( lower back pain) and same with the cervical pain . Correct the posture while sitting and take break in between work hours. If pain is severe please consult and require few blood test
