Wanted to know your HB levels, as it is showing an increased RDW -CV & SD… Diabetes is almost under control but want to know whether you are already Diabetic who is controlling the sugar levels with tabs and insulin or you are a preset hypoglycaemic risky person. TG/HDL ratio is not good. Need to increase HDL through healthy diet and exercise. Also TG levels are a bit High, almost double. VLDL ALSO need to be reduced to prevent other diseases like Coronary artery disease and Cerebro vascular accidents.. ESR is mildly elevated eGFR should be more than 90, that means some amount of kidney function has mild deterioration, though urea levels remaining normal Uric acid is mildly elevated…
Next Steps
TEST Hb levels Tell diabetes history about medications if u already has. Cut fried foods, oily foods, red meat, do excercise and brisk walk for atleast 30 mins a day.. Eat more green leafy vegetables… like spinach, cabbage, and alll Cutting off non veg itself will reduce uric acid levels for the first time in this level. Consult with a nephrologist for eGFR FALL.. U can start with Tab. Febuxostat 40mg 0-0-1 for 1 week along with non veg cut off for bringing down uric acid. Start orvas FT (atorvastatin 10mg + fenofibrate 160mg) 0-0-1 for 1 month and need to repeat fasting lipid profile.
Health Tips
Diet control and regular medications are the keys! Dont stress yourself Take proper sleep and skip junk foods
