Blood pressure and suggestion
Sir/Madam I have no problem regarding blood pressure. Since few days I am feeling stress due to some reasons. I consulted my doctor. Apart from some medicines he checked my blood pressure and it is 159/80. Then he suggested a tablet XSTAN 40mg to use one per day for 10 days. He told me that he will check again after 10 days Can I use this tablet. Please give me suggestion. Thanks and Regards

There is a need to do a BP charting before starting any anti-hypertensive medication. I would recommend you to measure your BP twice a day for a week and make a chart for the same. Till then stay calm, meditate, maintain your sleep wake cycle and take 2.5-3 L of fluid a day to curb any dehydration. Thank you for asking. Stay healthy. :)

Just check your Bp once again if possible.. then you can start medicine if still your Bp is on higher side.. meanwhile just relax and drink plenty of fluids, sleep minimum of 8hours at night.. avoid stress and tensions..
