I have done blood pressure bp measurement it was 100 and 70 and blood sugar 130 after breakfast do i need to worry

Blood Sugars are normal. Blood pressure is less but if you are not symptomatic , need not have further evaluation. Just hydrate ur self.

No, but yours b p is in lower side, keep it about 120/80 .if Medicine is taking adjust the dose. Yours sugar is normal.
