Blood from mouth

Asked for Male, 52 Years

Blood is coming from mouth without cough from last two days. I have type 2 Diabetes and taking medicine as well. I don't have any symptoms. Attaching my Xray and CECT chest report. Please suggest if it's TB or some other disease?

X-ray and CT can never tell any thing with hundred percent surety for correct diagnosis u have to go sputum examination or lymph node biopsy.
