Your description of problem is inadequate. It seems you are searching for some tips. You had been prescribed medicine for your problem. Besides this you seek psychological help also. Tips initially seems handy but it won't modify your concepts, thought processes. Consequently you will keep suffering on and of.
Relax diaphragmatic breath (breathing with your abdomen). This will help bring an end to an anxiety attack.
Calm yourself down. Calming yourself down will also bring an end to an anxiety attackâ¦in time.
Relax your body as much as you can. Relaxing causes your body to shut off the stress response, which will cause an anxiety attack to endâ¦in time.
Go for a walk. Leisure walking can shut of the stress response.
Remember, anxiety attacks arenât harmful. They are just strong reactions to worry and fear.
Remember, anxiety attacks ALWAYS end. The more you calm yourself down, the faster they end.
