Anxiety issues since 1 year
Whenever I eat food I have this wierd anxiety and I feel like I'm choking or about to choke even though I'm totally normal and physically fit.I dont know what to do.i practise yoga but these days anxiety is getting harder to control.

Hi... Q. Is there something you have been repressing from a long time? A desire, guilt, shame, heartbreak, ambition, parental issues, financial concerns, etc.? Each of such issues have a potential to create this choking feeling. It is nothing but an outward expression of an underlying conflict.
