Since 2 of covid 19, I have not been any contact of any covid patient and staying home maintaining all precautions.
But still I get concious of getting infected unnecessarily, because of this not able concentrate on office work, sleepless nights, panicking, feeling of chest tightness and stomach bloating. Kindly help.

Hi... You are experiencing pandemic fatigue. We are not meant to live in constructed structures for so long, and live such a restricted life. But due to pandemic we are forced to follow such strict protocols.
I suggest when this second wave is over, you can visit a distant natural open space (lake, hill, beach, forest) in your own closed vehicle with all necessary precautions (mask, sanitizer, social distance).
Apart from this you can start taking counselling sessions to deal with your present condition (lack of concentration, sleeplessness, panicking, etc.). All this is cognitive in nature and can be addressed with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
