Regarding covid
Hi, Please help me and tell me that I am living with my parents that have pre existing diseases. I use to go to office. I scare that covid is spreading alot and I don't want to harm my parents. Though I take all the precautions. Please help and tell me wt else I can do to make them safe.

You can manage your stress by following precautions: Monitor own as well as family members health Wearing masks in public and at office Hand wash or use sanitizer frequently Hand wash or use sanitizer whenever you touch documents or surfaces. Keep your immunity boosted (eat healthy, stay healthy, exercise,  etc.) Keep your mind calm, do breathing exercise. Do meditation and yoga. no need to get scared. take necessary precautions and try to not take undue stress. i know its diffiult these days but we cannot just quid everything because of it. take every precaution and try to boost your immunity

sanitise your hands as soon as you reach outside your house door. try to leave your footwear outside or to a separate place. dont touch anything and go straight to bathroom. clean and wash yourself as well as your clothes everyday. Dont forget your hair too. once everything is clean and washed, you can live normally in you home with others. avoid eating outside food these days. while in your office or while travelling, take necessary precautions. wash your hands with soap and water before your meals and avoid touching frequently touches surfaces. use you mask properly.
