Anal sex with piles
7 years back , i already have gone through Piles surgery and few years back after many councelling session I discovered my sexuality, so i wanted to have anal sex but my piles (internal) came back and I donot want operation again also.. but with piles how can I go for anal sex? Will it be ok or any solution with cream or anything? Or rubber banding?
