Anal fissures
I have been dealing with anal fissures from past two months i used homeopathy medicine as it cured after if get hard stool problem arises again.... i have started using crema gel and i have anal fissure like if i have to pass stool post that i saw blood everytime after using crema gel it stopped can u suggest for how long can i use crema gel for permanent closure of fissure and complete healing

Crema gel can be used for long duration.
Only that will not going to help.
Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside anus Rotet the finger to cover anal mucosa before n after defication two times for two to 3 weeks for complete healing.
Oz tab two times a day after food for five days.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Plenty of water n liquid. High fiber, non spicy non fried vegetarian diet till u recover.
It's a disease which is recurrent in nature.
So TILL U
DON'T CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY NO THERAPY WORK PROPER.
